    BookFlow is booking software for barbershops, salons and spas: a public booking page, a schedule for every chair, and the tools that keep regulars coming back. One flat price per chair, no per-booking fees.

    Why we built it

    We saw too many barbers juggling DMs, phone calls and a paper notebook just to manage their day. Generic scheduling tools didn't understand how a shop actually runs — walk-ins, waitlists, the standing appointment every three weeks, the regular who always gets the same thing.

    So we built BookFlow: a booking page with your name on it, listed in a marketplace where people are already looking. A schedule for every chair, seen by the barber who runs it and the owner who runs the shop. And the loyalty program, gift cards and promo codes that fill slow days — without the complexity that gets in the way of doing great work.
